How does payment work on Klik?
Klik uses the secure Stripe payment system for both users and providers. Users can add their card details to make payments, and providers need to register with Stripe to receive earnings.
What are the fees for providers?
For providers, Klik charges a fee of 17% + 25 cents (EUR) per transaction. Additionally, providers should be aware that Stripe may also deduct their own fees according to their terms of service.
Can I withdraw my earnings from Klik?
Yes, providers have a wallet function where they can track their earnings from completed sessions. Earnings can be withdrawn through the Stripe integration, which provides a reliable and secure way to receive payments.
What happens if a provider doesn't pick up the phone for a session I've paid for?
If a provider fails to attend a session, the payment for that session will be refunded to you automatically. We value your time and strive to ensure a positive experience.
What if I encounter a scam or fraudulent provider?
While such situations are rare, we take them seriously. If you believe you’ve been a victim of a scam, please report it to our support team. We will conduct an investigation and, if necessary, refund your payment after the investigation is complete.
