Support Team Leader

What will you will be doing?

We are seeking a highly motivated Support Team Leader to oversee our customer support team, drive performance metrics, and ensure a world-class customer experience.

What we expect from you?

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team of Customer Support Representatives
    • Develop KPIs and monitor team performance
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and service quality
    • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in CRM software and support ticketing systems
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    Technical Skills

    • Familiarity with SaaS platforms
    • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics)

    Additional Requirements

    • Must be available for on-call duties during weekends and holidays
    • Ability to pass a background check
