What will you will be doing?

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Support Representatives
- Develop KPIs and monitor team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and service quality
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CRM software and support ticketing systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics)
Additional Requirements
- Must be available for on-call duties during weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass a background check
